I brought a van on consignment from rv Solutions. Dean , Shauna and infact the whole team were awesome to deal with. They made sure everything was spot on before we took ownership. Would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you.

I bought my 2015 Jayco Journey Outback and there were a couple of things I wanted added and a couple of small repairs. Liam the service manager was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. There was a problem with the poptop shutting evenly but between Liam and two other men that worked there, they adjusted a few things and got it all fixed up. Absolutely 5 star service, highly recommend. In fact all the staff are lovely and helpful, must be a great place to work.

I picked up my 2015 Jayco Journey OUTBACK today. The crew were all cleaning it inside and out when I arrived, I had arrived early. They did a fantastic job. One of the mechanics explained the hitch to me and said they had given it a service and did the bearings as well. Mel took me on the guided tour and explained everything in detail, she was truly wonderful. Even when she didnt know the answer, she found out. Such amazing service. Highly recommended 👌

Great company with quality customer service you don't see much these days. Mel and Dean sorted me out with my caravan purchase, making arrangements to accommodate my need to travel from a far and get going quickly (and on a Friday right before knockoff). The team in the workshop sorted out my trailer plug when it wasn't the correct configuration, in record time. Mel showed me over every inch of the van and explained how everything worked, very knowledgeable. Dean handle correspondence and made sure the van was ready to go when I arrived. They even identified some part weren't working and had them replaced with brand new prior to my arrival. I was very pleased with my purchase and the exceptional customer service that came with it. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking to purchase a new or used caravan or camper.

Great experience purchasing my van from RV solutions for the first time. Had some issues with rego transfer due to previous owner but Mel went above and beyond to get me on the road as quick as possible. Will definitely be using these guys again and would recommend them to everyone.
