RVS Approved Used Caravans: 12 Months Warranty and Roadside Included

An RVS Approved caravan is a used caravan that RV Solutions WA has inspected, tested and certified under our CURV (Certified Used RV) program before sale.

Every RVS Approved caravan goes through a documented, four-stage process overseen by qualified caravan repairers and a qualified trainer and assessor:

1. Workshop inspection. Qualified caravan repairers at our Rockingham workshop inspect the whole caravan, inside and out, from chassis to roof, against the RVS inspection checklist.
2. Leak testing. The caravan is tested for water ingress, and any issues are repaired before certification.
3. Rectification. Any faults found are repaired before the caravan is offered for sale.
4. Final assessment. A qualified trainer and assessor oversees the final inspection and confirms every stage is complete before the caravan is certified.

You receive a signed copy of the completed inspection checklist at handover.

What certification means, and what it doesn’t

RVS Approved certification confirms the caravan met the RVS inspection standard on the date of inspection. It is not a guarantee against future wear and tear, or against damage or faults caused by misuse, accident, lack of maintenance or modifications after sale. Regular servicing keeps your caravan in good condition and your warranty valid.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your National Warranty Company warranty and roadside assistance are in addition to, and do not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
