Liam the service manager was extremely helpful and explained everything to me.  There was a problem with the poptop shutting evenly but between Liam and two other men that worked there, they adjusted a few things and got it all fixed up.  Absolutely 5 star service, highly recommend.  In fact all the staff are lovely and helpful, must be a great place to work.

The crew were all cleaning it inside and out when I arrived, I had arrived early.  They did a fantastic job.  One of the mechanics explained the hitch to me and said they had given it a service and did the bearings as well. Mel and Dean sorted me out with my caravan purchase, making arrangements to accommodate my need to travel from a far and get going quickly (and on a Friday right before knockoff). The team in the workshop sorted out my trailer plug when it wasn't the correct configuration, in record time. Mel showed me over every inch of the van and explained how everything worked, very knowledgeable. Dean handle correspondence and made sure the van was ready to go when I arrived. They even identified some part weren't working and had them replaced with brand new prior to my arrival. I was very pleased with my purchase and the exceptional customer service that came with it.
