A failed caravan water pump can derail your trip fast, and this job shows how quickly our Rockingham team can get you back on the road.
It can be a bit disheartening when you are preparing for an exciting road trip, and find that you are in need of some caravan repairs. This is the situation Leonie found, when her sweet A Van was being readied for their next adventure together.

Signs Your Caravan Water Pump Needs Replacing
A caravan water pump usually fails from worn diaphragms, a seized motor, or a build-up of sediment in the line. Common signs include a pump that runs constantly without building pressure, unusual noises, or water flow that’s slowed to a trickle at the tap. Catching it early means a straightforward swap rather than a bigger repair job down the track.
The water pump, which moved water throughout the van, was doing everything except putting water into her sink. Something needed to be done, and quickly.
RV Solutions WA leapt to the rescue, and quickly diagnosed the faulty water pump.
We removed the offending item, sourced a good quality replacement unit at a fantastic price, and installed the new unit. Leonie was very happy with the repairs, and we were able to help out with a few minor modifications and repairs while we were on site.

We did spot some water damage that will need addressing, but with everything working and safe for the moment, Leonie was able to head off on her road trip with a working water pump. We are looking forward to helping her with the next stage of her caravan repairs upon her return.
If your caravan water pump is running dry, cycling on and off, or has stopped altogether, our Rockingham workshop can diagnose it and fit a quality replacement, alongside our full range of caravan repairs.
