Lodge your claim with your insurer
Submit your claim with your caravan insurer along with any images and information they require. Make sure you keep your claim number handy.
Once we have completed our inspection and reviewed the damage, our quote is sent directly to your insurer. As a preferred caravan insurance repairer for most insurance companies, our quotes are often accepted the first time. Occasionally for large jobs, your insurer may request an alternative quote. It is important to know, that while your insurance company may want to proceed with the repairer offering the lowest quote, the choice of repairer is yours.
Contact us to arrange an initial inspection
Our claims team will arrange for one of our experienced caravan insurance repairers to inspect your van. In most cases, we can come to you to complete the quote, often on the same day. If a more extensive inspection is required we can tow your van to our yard.
Repairing your caravan
Once we receive the repair authority from your insurer we get started on ordering parts straight away. Work starts as soon as your parts arrive. If your caravan is already with us, we will get started right away, otherwise, we will organise drop off / pick up.
