The Build Process

Plans and Fit Out

No matter how many people you need to accommodate, if you need a bathroom and / or laundry - or not - we’ve got you covered. Choose from one of our standard layouts, or chat to our sales team for a customised experience. We’ll do all the legwork and communication with relevant parties to ensure your van is up to mine spec standard for your chosen area.

The Build

We understand that you need a reliable solution. This is why we use the highest quality 50mm thick EPS cool room insulated sandwich panels, Australian blue steel chassis and top shelf parts and appliances throughout. Everything is built inhouse and we do not accept cheap imitations of quality products. Every ToastaVan is built and supplied to meet and exceed Australian standards, and we’ll work with you to ensure approval for your chosen area/site of operation as required.

The Fitout

When it comes down to the nitty gritty of components, we are very flexible and able to build your van as a turn key package. As standard, our turnkey package includes single, bunk or queen bed, bathroom and laundry, with high checkerplate, double drop step, grab handles, all terrain tyres and more. Depending on your requirements, we can also customise a package to suit your business.

Do you build to mine spec standards?

Yes we do. All our vans are designed and tailored to mine specification, and are built in accordance with ISO standards for the major mining companies. We can also provide you with the necessary spec sheets to ensure approval of the van on site.

Can I add extras like air conditioning, toilets or a kitchenette?
